From initial viewings to final selections, our design team is there every step of the way to assist in designing your perfect space.

The Lifestyle Design Center incorporates all of the elements you need to consider when creating your ideal home. The exterior section will guide you through roofing choices, paint colors and more. As you consider interior options you can look at carpet and flooring, wall finishes and doors. The kitchen section contains numerous cabinets and countertops with all of today’s latest styles. In the appliances section you will choose from a wide variety of cooking appliances, as well as washers, dryers and more. There are both hanging and wall mounted lighting choices in the lighting section. As well as several home-enhancing choices in climate control, electronics and media in the options section!

Our new Lifestyle Design Center is conveniently located off of I-285, and is just 20 minutes north from the heart of downtown Atlanta, Georgia. This design center will serve all of our new community homeowners in the Atlanta area including Dallas, Hoschton, Cumming, Canton, Powder Springs, Alpharetta, and Sugar Hill. Our new Lifestyle Design Center is located at 2675 Paces Ferry Road SE, Suite 350, Atlanta, Georgia 30339.
